Prepainted galvalume sheeting is made from a DX51D base iron metal sheet.
The sheeting is either cold rolled or hot rolled and then cold reduced.
A layer of aluminium and Zinc is then added to the sheeting which provides an anti corrosive layer to the product.

AZ coatings are now sold worldwide and AZ products are fully recyclable.

Ready Made Sign Boards for the signage industry
Our ready-made sign boards are made of a prepainted galvalume sheet, mounted on a steel square tubing frame and rounded off with an aluminum angle border.
The prepainted galvalume sheet thickness normally used is 0.5mm. Prepainted galvalume sheeting is affordable and more durable. It lasts longer than PVC signs which makes it the most popular option for signage.
The frames are custom made for the customer and treated with a black primer paint. The frames are measured to ensure an accurate level of squareness is obtained and are custom welded to ensure the joints are seamless.
We use steel 25×25 square tubing as a standard for single sided ready-made sign boards.
Double-sided ready-made sign boards will be mounted with aluminum angle borders on the front and the back side with a 38mmx38mm square tubing frame.
Square tubing poles are available in the following sizes and in any length as required.

Turnaround time for ready made sign boards to be delivered is approximately 3 working days.
We can assist with A Frames as per customer specs.
The Ready made Boards are then ready to use for application by the signage company for vinyl application or UV printing. The entire manufacturing process up to vinyl application is prepared inhouse.
